The Copperband Butterflyfish is one of the most elegant and recognisable marine fish in the hobby, admired for its long snout, flowing fins, and striking copper-orange vertical bands. Graceful and peaceful, it brings refined beauty and calm movement to established marine aquariums.
Best suited to mature, stable systems, the Copperband Butterflyfish uses its elongated snout to pick at rockwork in search of natural foods. While delicate during acclimation, healthy specimens can thrive long-term with attentive care, excellent water quality, and a varied diet.
