By placing an order with Out of the Blue Marines, you agree to the following delivery terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.





1. 

Live Coral and Fish – Disclaimer of Liability



  • Out of the Blue Marines takes every reasonable step to ensure the quality and health of live coral and fish at the point of dispatch.
  • However, we do not accept responsibility for the condition or survival of live coral or fish once they have left our premises.
  • Environmental factors during transit, including temperature, handling by third parties, and delivery delays, are beyond our control and may affect the live stock.






2. 

Pre-Dispatch Documentation



  • Photographic evidence will be taken of each coral specimen prior to dispatch to confirm health, condition, and appearance at the time of shipping.
  • These images will serve as reference should any queries arise regarding the condition of goods upon arrival.






3. 

Shipping Schedule



  • Deliveries are only dispatched on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to minimise the risk of delays caused by weekend courier schedules.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Wednesday will be shipped the following week.






4. 

Preferred Courier



  • Royal Mail is our preferred carrier for all deliveries.
  • While we strive to work with reliable services, Out of the Blue Marines is not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss incurred during transit by third-party couriers.






5. 

Customer Responsibilities



  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery at the shipping address on the expected delivery day.
  • Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of receipt, along with photographs, for reference.






6. 

No Guarantees on Live Arrivals



  • Due to the sensitive nature of marine livestock and factors beyond our control during shipping, we do not offer any live arrival guarantees.
