Chocolate Chip Starfish (Protoreaster nodosus)

The Chocolate Chip Sea Star is a visually appealing species of starfish which is fairly commonly kept in marine aquariums due to their distinctive body pattern which features brown or black bumps which resemble chocolate chips, which is how it gets its name. While they can be fairly hardy animals you do need to make sure that they have the correct tank size, plenty of hiding places and a proper diet to make sure that they have the best well-being in your aquarium
